Let’s open with a pair of eights. Two Bagua books in Chinese on two different styles of Bagua. The first from a long time student and instructor with the famous Li Zi Ming. This Liang style book shows a well-grounded and solidly presented approach with most of the applications of the forms leaning toward Shuai Jiao. Zhang Jin Liang is a recognized inheritor of Liang style Bagua. Next we survey, in this short text filled with photos, some of the training methods and circle exercies from Yin Fu style Bagua. Here are the eight palms and another set including applications and a good amount of photos for such a small book.
