This is a recent release by Wang ChangAn, the twelfth generation leader of ZhaoBao Tai-Chi Fist. We first posted some of his work, the main forms and some Push Hands training, years ago when he started selling DVDs. His original DVD number was 19 if that gives you a clue. This Push Hands technique has improved but—of as much interest—he discusses ZhaoBao’s lineage and the different bends on the circuitous route of the ZhaoBao heritage. Of course, as you may know, the ZhaoBao clan claims precedence BEFORE the Chen village, though they don’t make much of that. After all, good Tai Chi is good Tai Chi regardless. A good tape for throwing Push Hands with pretty clear explanations and relatively uncooperative throws.
