Entering the Door of Bagua

I know people always want to get right to the circling when they begin Bagua but here is a little gem of eight moves called Entering the Little Door which is also known as Liang Yi or Twin Powers form. I teach with this myself  so I might be prejudiced, but in many cases I would suggest this “structure” form as a great way to build your Bagua foundation. Composed of four animal sections this set gives much of the “feel” of Bagua. I will not make the cliche´that could spend years on this form but I know at least one person who did.  The only drawback is that this came from an earlier VHS version and looks a little dated. It’s all there along with a Wu Tan bonus section; many variations of the form including applications.
