Keeping with our efforts to preserve and offer significant martial material, we are again opening the vault after more than a year, to reissue Marcus Brinkman’s popular Bagua San Shou series. In it, he shows push hands and circling hand applications of his teacher, Luo De Xiu’s Eight Primary Gao Style energies. Luo’s 4-DVD series demonstrates Gao training by showing the linear one-person sets. Marcus’s DVDs, a 2-part series, apply many of these qualities to light sparring.
