Mr. Xiao An Fa has probably the most recognizable teacher in China, Mr. Lü SiJian. Over 115 years old, by report, Lü Shihfu is known for his Bagua and Wudang TaiYi styles. Lü seems to appear in every television broadcast on Wushu in the whole country. His chosen student, Mr. Xiao, has himself been studying martial arts for over 50 years, and here presents a short series of Wudang TaiYi including the fan, a nicely shortened Tai Chi, and some hands on technique training with the Wudang straight sword. His 37 Posture Tai Chi is particularly interesting with the twisting of Chen, the basic structure of Yang and the involution of Wu.
