Each of these special VCD's can be played on a computer for full enjoyment. Made for PC's they are also Mac compatible by downloading Quicktime (for free) and any similar VCD player program. LIU HE BOXING- SPECIAL ORDER ONLY

LIU HE or Six Harmony Boxing is rather well known in China. Partly this is from its own history which you can see here. Partly this is from its association with a much older concept called the Six Harmonies which dates far back in martial history. Before the style existed Six Harmony Saber amd Six Harmony Xin Yi were already famous and centuries old. LiuHe is an important style but we felt the VCDs in this series generally lacked energy and might have some contemporary Wushu influence. Also the applications were too formalized to give real insights into usage. Nonetheless, it is the only VCD series of this style - unalloyed - which we can offer at present.
