Cheng Style MONKEY
Boxing
A Double VCD, VCD pricing, Chinese Only
Want
a challenging and very expressive Monkey Fist? Want to scratch yourself,
roll on the ground, and stagger drunkenly like an inebriated simian?
Then we've got a VCD for you. Only problem is that the camera work
for the master shot shifts angles but this long and very wild form
is taught in sections which fit together if you pay attention. Nor
for the faint of heart. Not Contemporary Wushu but as expressive.

Qing Cheng Style 6 Through Boxing
A Double VCD, VCD pricing, Chinese Only
Essentially
an open hand set. The practitioner demonstrates quick motions, definite
focus points, a variety of technique and some interesting combinations.
Less positively the set is jerky, has a small range of motion and
the techniques are not particularly well-linked. Sui Bing Lu may
indeed be a major Taoist figure however his Wu Shu, to our eyes,
is disappointing.

Cheng Style 8 Immortal
Sword
Triple VCD, VCD pricing,Chinese Only
8
Immortals Sword is definitely a famous sword form in all of Kung
Fu and particularly in Taoist WuShu. This version is long, advanced
and requires skill. There are, however, many versions all claiming
the title.

Cheng Style White
Tiger Fist
Triple VCD, VCD pricing, Chinese Only
Sun
Men Dan Ben Fist is also called Tiger Fist. Unlike Southern Kung
Fu it does not imitate the "shape" of the tiger itself.
In fact it often looks as much like "snake" fist as Tiger,
especially with some of the knuckle fist strikes which are obviously
directed to points. Complete set shown with breakdowns.

Cheng Style North
Star Boxing
A Double VCD, VCD pricing, Chinese Only
Tian
Gang (North Star) Boxing is almost a "short fist" with
strong, Wing Chun like strikes, fast kicks and triangle steps integrated
into a fairly "hard" form. The movements require little
flexibility and the form is constructed almost as a Huan Lian Chuan
or simple linking set.

Qing
Cheng Style Taoist
Tai Chi
Triple VCD, VCD pricing, Chinese Only
Qing
Cheng style Hidden Door Tai Chi is divided into three levels . The
first form contains exercises for students who have little experience
to about five years worth. The second form covers students who have
practiced up to ten years. The third form is strictly for lineage
holders. The features of Xuan Men Taiji Quan embody the concepts
of Taoism and should be played relaxed and naturally. It is developed
from Tai Chi and Ba Gua and is said to be beneficial for many types
of diseases such as neurological, pulmonary and dietary ailments.
Overall something quite different from what most people would think
of as Tai Chi. The form if reasonably fluid but many motions don't
seem to incorporate the entire body and torso. In WuShu a strong
criticism. .
