Shaolin Big
Hong Boxing
Definitely
one of the most universally recognized of all Shaolin sets. An indispensible
set in the Shaolin curriculum it was at one time only taught to
warrior monks. It employs "breaking" jing and strong shapes.
It is also one of the few sets that have been practiced continually
and retained its historical validity.

#18013 Shaolin DRAGON
Boxing
The
Dragon is one of the famous Five Animals of Shaolin. Among the
animals Dragon, an imaginary creature, is said to represent the
mind. Its movements generally have certain specified characteristics:
coiling actions, both hands following one another, and twising
actions of the spine and fluid movements which cascade into each
other. The Dragon boxing is fairly popular, especially among taller
practitioners.
