![]() DVD# 21061 Five Wheel Stance & Fist This beginning form has been called the most important form series in the entire CLF system. From an instructor's point of view this pair of forms is brilliant. First you learn the entire set basically without hands. Then you repeat the same set with the hands motions in place. This version if from the Kong Chow branch of the art.

This Hung Sing Branch form is considered the most important set in the Hung Sing sect. The Long Fist aspect is vital for opening the shoulders and back. This is a long form with Long Fists and for some people this is where the real flavor of the system starts. Nicely arranged with important parts repeated in an interesting but definitely strength building manner, this is a key form of the CLF system. Applications also shown.

![]() DVD#21065 The Five Animals Form This is an advanced and complex form of the CLF system. Its most obvious characteristic is the imitation of the Five animals and the application of their distinctive actions. But that’s not the whole picture there are also special sections that concentrate on specific themes such as a very intense kicking series all balanced on one leg, a part just for elbows and a single leg press up in the first ten moves. Doc Fai Wong’s interpretation is very soft and, to our eyes, seems to partake of his Yang Tai Chi. But this is an advanced CLF form and this may be its proper tempo. Basic applications are shown.. NEW! DVD# 21067 Chau Sot Staff This Southern Staff set is, like Wing Chun, a right hand forward weapon with the right hand supplying a lot of the thrust. Wong Sifu starts this DVD with a very helpful demonstration of the basics of his form. Another aspect of this style weapon is that it is held with the lower third and the front hand rarely slides the stick. As in all CLF forms, the hands sets clearly translate into the weapons usage. Very clear presentation. NTSC: About 25 minutes. A little bit about ESPY-TV DVD series |
