Is there a tourist spot in the world that doesn't have postcards for sale? We would imagine in the middle of the Gobi desert there are take-home pictures of sand... authentic sand. Truthfully, these are indeed from Song Shan and the Shaolin Temple obstained during our last trip. We visited the Pagoda cemetary where so many generations of monks are buried, the Temple itself including the "Wing Chun" hall and the huge Ta Gou Wushu school across the street that boasts over 3000 students. But the height of the trip was the non-tourist stuff and the opportunity to go visiting with Professor Kang Ge-Wu and listen to high level discussions about history and theory. These postcards -unsent- still retain memories.
